No! It's a custom keyboard from a custom keyboard company! It's super frustrating! I paid extra for expedited shipping but that needs to have the board actually get to USPS!

Dang, I feel your frustration! That's happened to me with costume companies before but they give me an estimated ship date when I order, and I imagine that if anything, making 20 costumes from scratch should take longer than assembling a keyboard, custom or not.
