Toddler is awake: little else can get done.
Toddler is napping: in a contact-nap-demanding phase, one of us gets little else done.
Toddler is sleeping: we get 1-2 hours before they gently walk into our room and require contact sleeping. Little else gets done.

How the f do #parents get anything done? I guess those with a “village” have half a chance but those of us winging without practical support? Hard work.

@Wiredfire in my experience, parents get nothing done... ever

My sympathy, I do my best to just enjoy the fact I get to cuddle my kid, but I also feel the stress you're under
