I was bracing myself for both managing chaos and shenanigans, and also a lot of handholding to get through the recipes, but they organized themselves and are driving the whole process on their own. 😍
If anyone is wondering what a baking workshop is, it's a kitchen full of tools and ingredients, and you get a tablet with a step by step recipe clear enough for a pre-teen to follow. Nobody in this city has space for a real kitchen with oven and everything else needed, so we go to a place like this. Plus, the staff does the dishes. 😁

It feels extremely HK, but the business group HQ and first branch location are in Taiwan, and as of last year and this year they also have one branch location each in Singapore and the US.
@Kermode @clacke: exhausted pixie dream boy 🇸🇪🇭🇰💙💛 There used to be a place that did this in Waterloo Ontario, it was just a kitchen people could rent, and I think they supplied ingredients. It's wild but apparently works in even Canada.
