Got back hone from an appointment with a form that specifically says it's to be filled out with blue or black ink.

Why do people have to be so boring?

Though, nothing on this form says I can't use a shimmer ink. πŸ™ƒ

I still can't make myself use blue ink after being forced to only use that color in elementary school. Going to black felt like rebellion in middle school.

I usually just ignore those instructions, and write with orange, teal, bright red ink.

Then I have to redo most of the forms because they were rejected. πŸ˜†

@CDCastillo In this case, it's a rather important form. I keep a pen inked up with a boring black ink for such emergencies.

I carry a blue rollerball as my emergency pen specifically because of this

@paradoxmo I keep a pen inked up with boring ink for such things, and for extreme emergencies I have a... ballpoint *shudders*
in reply to Jonathan Lamothe

I’m fine with ballpoints but not random ones. Good ones like Jetstream and Acroball I can deal with

I prefer a good purple myself but I do carry a black G2 just for this issue

@Jonathan Lamothe well many reasons, the color blind find reading other colors much more difficult. Computers find it more difficult to read the others, etc.
