I was able to use it on 2GB ram namecheap vps.

2GB is a reasonable number, any vCPU guidance?

I don't really have a way to measure the real time cpu allocation in the cloud VM that I used but on a test computer under my desk it worked on a dual core 2.33ghz xeon from 2008 pretty ok. (tested back in 2019)
