The closest I've seen is that Data Discman which is an ebook reader that uses mini-CD in floppy-like cases

yeah something like pico-8 would be perfect. Nice tiny games.

I think I'd want to have pico-8 on the flash, so it doesn't need to load it off floppy each time. Then you'd have plenty of space and quick loading times
