Recent Musk interview on Twitter space actually opened my eyes
Listening to #ElonMusk talking on a #Twitter space two days ago is actually amazingly convincing. He explains how he wants to attempt to "outbuy" trolls by "verifiying" as many people as possible for $8. Yes, it will lead to chaos and impersonations but the trolls will eventually run out of $$ (and unique credit cards). (tbc)

@leo I don't (unfortunately). He would need to go through a time of actually burning money (which he won't) in order to push through. But I like the vision. Unfortunately the $8 check-mark already has a soiled "pay-to-win" image.
