@silverwizard Found it at a Wisconsin cheese deli! Also had 3 and 8 year old.
My parents used to buy 3 year old a lot (couple times a year), I found 8 year old too crumbly - but 15 year old would be like... a crumbly parm
@silverwizard Softer than you would expect, with a complex slightly astringent finish. Very smooth, all things considered.
